I started Advantage Admin Co. because I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant solo founders drowning in the operational side of their business, doing work they didn't start their business to do.

Before setting up on my own, I spent years working inside large corporate organisations, places with dedicated operations teams, documented processes, and real administrative infrastructure. Most small business owners never get access to any of that. They piece things together as they go, and it works until it doesn't.

That's where I come in.

I work with solo founders and sole traders who are serious about their business but stretched too thin to run it properly. I take on the administrative weight, correspondence, scheduling, systems, process design, and build the kind of operational backbone that usually only larger businesses can afford.
