Terms:
Each assignment is unique and personal to you or your Company. Therefore, the prices given above are for budgeting purposes only. Please contact me with details of your requirements and I will provide a quotation without obligation. (Email me)
Assignments are accepted by fax, post, email or can be collected if local. They can be on data-stick, CD or hard copy (text or hand-written). It is highly recommended that the original is sent by courier or registered post to avoid the loss and copies of all information are taken before being sent.
Customer confidentiality is of paramount importance to us and will be maintained at all times. No information will be passed to any third party unless permission is granted by the customer. Advantage Administration agrees to sign any confidentiality agreement as required by the customer.
We reserve the right to reject any assignment which we believe to be offensive, illegal or immoral.
Payment is required on completion of the assignment. Cost of postage, printing, faxing, etc will be an additional charge at cost. Payment may be made by BACS, Paypal, cheque or cash (for local customers only).
The customer is responsible for final proofreading and all errors must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the completed assignment. These will be amended free of charge. No responsibility can be accepted for errors found later than this period and we reserve the right to make a small charge for this service.
Due to the ever present danger of computer viruses, all incoming emails, files and data will be scanned. To avoid problems with potential email viruses, please ensure that all emails with attachments contain a message with your contact details.
Customer files will be backed up and stored for one year, after which time they will be deleted.
