Stephanie Scott has more than 15 years secretarial experience. She worked for a Civil Engineering company dealing with Sales, promotional / marketing activities, mail shots, etc. She then became Personal Assistant to the Director and developed further skills including preparing reports – financial and PowerPoint, dealing with confidential material and organising travel arrangements, diary management, assisting in the setting up of new companies, coordination of meeting arrangements and minute taking. She has worked with an ISO 9001:2000 quality system, was an internal auditor for a period of time and implemented and maintained the system across several offices in Northern UK.
Stephanie also has considerable experience in credit control, and has an ongoing contract to assist a company in Perth, bringing their office systems, bookeeping and other financial matters, up to date. She has recently completed an audio typing contract with the N.H.S, and more recently a project doing internet research to set up a new Internet Company.
Her skill lies in composing letters and correspondence to provide a professional approach for your Company, plus the fine-tuning of letters to include the correct grammar, punctuation and sentence structure. She would combine this with her extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite to produce a professional panache to your communications. Stephanie prides herself in her accuracy, honesty and efficiency.
